Hajrah is a bold and inspiring advocate for intersectional inclusion at Nationwide. As Co-Chair of Nationwide’s Gender Equality Network, she has driven change by spotlighting the intersection of race and gender, rooted in her South Asian heritage. Her data-led advocacy has elevated diverse voices to board-level discussion and inspired safe spaces for others to speak up. Through initiatives like the Real Model series and the Women& framework, Hajrah and the network is reshaping culture so every colleague feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
