ACTION GROUPS
Action Groups are roundtable discussions on ethnic inclusion topics. In these discussions, best-practice is shared alongside latest thinking and innovation. They involve break out spaces for a deeper dive in topics and opportunities to network.
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
Our consultations give you further support and guidance on your organisation’s ethnicity journey.
The consultation can align to the Maturity Matrix or your organisation’s inclusion strategy. Frequency of consultations and follow ups are dependent on your membership level.
DIGITAL RESOURCES
Members have access to all of our digital resources. This includes toolkits, articles, and guides featuring insights from organisations. Our digital sessions are recorded and archived and we document key findings and next steps from Action Groups for members to review in their own time.
SHOUT ABOUT IT
Members can submit case studies to share their achievements in ethnic inclusion. You would also have use of an Investing In Ethnicity badge to showcase your commitment to ethnic inclusion. It can be used in your organisation’s reports, websites, and other communications. We will include your logo and an employer profile about your commitment to the organisation on our Supporters Page.
Three Levels of Membership
Each level is designed to align with where your organisation is on their journey. Basic Membership may be suitable for organisations beginning to address ethnic inclusion in the workplace and Top Tier Memberships are for organisations dedicated to being industry leaders.
