ACTION GROUPS
Action Groups are roundtable discussions with break out spaces which help inform on best practices, latest thinking and innovation on a subject area relating to ethnicity inclusion and the Maturity Matrix
INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
As part of the membership, we offer consultation meetings, giving you further support and guidance on the next step for your organisation’s journey. Frequency of consultations and follow ups are dependent on which membership level you’re at. The consultation can align to the Matrix’s next steps if completed. If you are having difficulties completing a particular part of the Maturity Matrix, our team of experienced experts offer full support and guidance through our telephone service.
DIGITAL RESOURCES
Members have access to all of our digital resources. This includes our Allies and Data toolkits, articles, and interviews with industry leaders. Our digital sessions are recorded and archived and we document key findings and next steps from Action Groups for members to review in their own time.
SHOUT ABOUT IT
Members have use of Investing In Ethnicity & Race badge. Communicate that your organisation is investing in this agenda by using our badge on your organisation’s promotions, websites, and communications. We will include your logo and information about your commitment to the organisation on our Supporters Page. We will also promote your case studies and achievements online.
Three Levels of Membership
Each level is designed to align with where your organisation is on their journey. Basic Membership is for organisations just starting to address ethnicity inclusion in the workplace and Top Tier Memberships are for organisations dedicated to being industry leaders.
