What is Investing In Ethnicity?

We work with businesses interested in progressing the Ethnicity Agenda within their workforce and beyond.

Membership

We offer a range of opportunities to engage with our members and collaborate on programmes covering a myriad of topics. Our network of members are from a broad range of industries. Together, we are dedicated to shifting the dial on ethnic equity and overcoming structural barriers.

Maturity Matrix

The Government-backed Maturity Matrix is a tool for employers to assess their organisation’s achievements and progress on ethnic inclusion. After completing, organisations receive a report outlining key recommendations and guidance to help advance and streamline strategy for organisations on their ethnicity journey.

Internal Programmes

We will meet with your organisation to develop a bespoke programme for your employees. These programmes will take into consideration where your organisation is in its journey, its unique culture, and specific challenges you may be facing.

Government-Backed Support

Investing in Ethnicity is the secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Governance and Inclusive Leadership. The Maturity Matrix was launched in Parliament in 2018 under the group, chaired by former Shadow Secretary of State for Women and Equalities, Dawn Butler MP.
