His model combines lived experience, qualifications, and positive psychology, specialising in supporting marginalised groups to unlock their potential and excel both professionally and personally, tackling topics such as misogynoir, societal norms, and systemic barriers.
He has led mentoring initiatives, connecting minority colleagues with senior leaders to accelerate their careers.
Additionally, he volunteers for the NHS, providing healthcare access for asylum seekers and refugees.
