Kim has been an active member of MOSAIC-UK (our ethnicity network) since 2021 and is now a workstream lead. Her contributions have ranged from over 15 events celebrating different heritages to redesigning our internal network site aimed at senior management allies. She is driven and creates an inclusive workplace for everyone, with a focus on mentoring junior talent. Over the past two years, she has been volunteering as a designer for Mental Health Swims (an award-winning, mental health peer support community that fosters inclusive spaces) with the goal of increasing donations. Between 2023 and 2024, donation rose by 187% through the implementation of a prominent donation widget.
