Nikhil Patel, a dedicated champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), has achieved significant milestones through his leadership at Takeda. As Co-Lead of the Building Asian Leaders Talent Resource Group (TRG), Nikhil spearheaded initiatives to empower Asian employees, culminating in events such as Takeda’s first-ever Asian Heritage Month celebration and member career workshops. Additionally, his role as lead of the Takeda Employee Society (TES) ensures collaboration and harmony across all employee resource groups while driving efforts to engage with diverse communities through volunteering and hosting impactful health and well-being events that promote inclusivity and unity.
