Santina Bunting, was the only one out of 150 students to pursue an apprenticeship after GCSEs—and has since become a leading voice for apprenticeships and diversity. She’s spoken at the House of Lords, attended the King’s garden party at Buckingham Palace, and was invited to 10 Downing Street for International Women’s Day. At Arup, she represents 250 early careers staff and drives inclusion initiatives. She also serves on national panels, including the Institute for Apprenticeships, and has led campaigns with UCAS, Pearson, and the BBC—empowering the next generation of apprentices from all backgrounds.
