As an Assurance & Controls Manager currently working on HS2, Sonia combines her technical expertise with a deep commitment to embedding EDI principles into governance, leadership, and project delivery.
Throughout her career, Sonia has championed inclusive practices whether complex working to ensure that diverse voices are heard, valued, and empowered. She actively mentors emerging talent, supports employee networks across the rail industry, and actively contributes to shaping inclusive policies that reflect the communities served by major transport programmes. Sonia enjoys learning from qualified EDI professionals, her colleagues from Rail Unites for Inclusion to better serve the rail industry.
