Previously, Basirat led the Early Careers team within BT’s Ethnic Diversity Network (EDN), supporting initiatives that gave young professionals a platform to connect, grow, and be heard. She now continues to contribute to EDN, helping foster inclusive conversations and championing representation across the business.
