Asher Prower

Asher is the definition of Future Leader. She leads and champions DEI and equity in everything she does, both in and out of work. Although her day-job is not DEI-specific, Asher goes above and beyond as Co-Chair of our REACH network, championing allyship campaigns and panel discussions, to incorporate and embrace the intersectionality at Gatwick. For Black History Month, Asher, had the smart idea to focus more broadly on allyship. This formed an open campaign for people across the business to share the allies they had at Gatwick. It was well received and the impact of colleagues sharing lived experiences was very humbling. Our diverse workforce has varying levels of DEI awareness, and this focus on allyship was incredibly effective as a hub for the broader DEI strands. Asher has also published a children’s book to help young people feel represented. She’s an inspiration and so worthy of this award.
