Since Kam joined the networking group 2GeTher committee, she has risen swiftly to be co-Chair and an influential leader in the race and ethnicity space in Stonewater. Co-hosting hugely popular all-colleague events, Kam has interviewed Andi Oliver for Race Equality Week and Anton Ferdinand for Black History Month, among others. These were engaging and interactive events that attracted significant live audiences and also high engagement on the recorded versions on Stonewater TV. Through influencing at the highest level, Kam transformed our approach to recruitment. This displayed her commitment to the future of Stonewater as an inclusive organisation.
