Mandisa embodies inspirational and authentic leadership. She led JLR’s REACH Network to become the company’s largest ERG (nearly 4,000 members), making an undeniable impact whilst championing racial equity. In the last 12 months, over 300 employees were sponsored or mentored through her programmes. She created a global CSR project involving 141 employees, delivering 100 food parcels and 10 manual washing machines to a community in South Africa. Her Reverse Mentoring programme—now active in India, Brazil, and South Africa—has reached 280 participants. She curated a striking visual campaign showcasing underrepresented talent—and so much more.
