Natalie is a fervent advocate for EDI. As a former Co-Chair of the Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Network, she played a pivotal role in championing EDI at HS2. Today, she continues to support the network by organizing events and serves as a steadfast ally. Natalie is committed to ensuring that workplaces are not only safe but also thriving hubs of inclusion and respect. She is bubbly, driven and ambitious. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider and a Health and Wellbeing Champion, actively fostering supportive and inclusive environments for her colleagues.
