Reuel is a Senior Programme Director at Arcadis and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has 30 years’ experience working with major clients on significant infrastructure schemes. He is a strategic business thinker with deep understanding of the industry and the megatrends influencing it. Reuel combines managing complex major projects & programmes of work on behalf of Government and Private sector clients with working in an advisory capacity for infrastructure asset funders, owners and operators. Reuel is a past Chair of the Arcadis Global Ethnicity & Heritage Affinity Group and the National Highways SDF REACH working group and remains an active sponsor in these spaces.
