12:00 – 12:45 | Future Proof Your Organisation

Organisations are working harder than ever to align to communities and reflect their values. This session explores the need to ensure transparency and explores purpose behind your brand to support areas such as customers, recruitment and brand reputation.

Objectives:

• How ethnic diversity plays a large part in futureproofing a successful brand
• How to better engage ethnically diverse communities
• How to unite politics, businesses and communities in working together around common causes

Starting conversations @12.45

After each session there will be a 15-minute networking break, which is designed to start conversations, expand on talking points, ask questions to peers and make new contacts.

Ice breaker questions

  1. Is your organisation customer, client or service orientated?
  2. Is there anything your organisation has done specifically to ensure that it is reflective of a changing Britain?
  3. How can organisation, communities and the Government work smarter together?

12:45 – 13:00 | Wrap up

We will be asking colleagues to get into groups of 5 people to share what they’ve learned and build some new connections.
