Alessandro Storer

Alessandro leads on OVO’s Inclusion Diversity and Belonging work. He brings 10 years of international experience and a clear focus on building inclusive cultures where diverse talent can truly thrive. Alessandro considers himself a disruptor, an innovator interested in meaningful and lasting change, and was attracted by OVO’s ambitious vision to change the world. In his spare time, Alex volunteers for various LGBT+ charities and as an Olympic Park Champion (2012 Legacy). His favourite colour is green and he loves chocolate!
Sandy Sahota
HSBC UK
Sandy is a Senior Global Manager at HSBC working within the Wealth Management business. She has over 20 years’ experience of working within financial services leading teams in Wealth management, Mortgages and the Retail Network. Over the past 4 years Sandy has worked for the global team which has given her a perspective on how people in different countries focus on inclusion. Sandy is also co-Chair for UK Embrace, HSBC’s ethnicity ERG / employee network.
Sandy’s involvement in inclusion extends beyond the workplace as she is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Thera East, a charitable organisation that supports people with learning disabilities get back into the community. This is a topic close to Sandy as she has two brothers with learning difficulties and has experienced first-hand the challenges that families can face in this space. Sandy is also a Co-opted Governor at St Albans Girls School, where she supports the schools on matters around DE&I.
Tola
Citi Bank
Tola is a Fintech Banker within Citi’s Commercial Bank, she has 14 years Banking experience across six countries within Europe and Africa.
Tola co-chairs Citi London’s Black Heritage network. She is a keen people motivator and mobiliser, she collects African Contemporary Art, enjoys listening to podcasts and flower arrangements.
Andre Allee

Andre joined HSBC Legal in 2018, initially advising the Asset Management business and, more recently, our Markets & Securities Services business. Previously, was a Managing Director in the legal team at BlackRock and, before that, a partner at Simmons & Simmons. Married with 4 children. His parents are part of the “Windrush” generation and arrived in the UK from Trinidad & Tobago. He is also co-Chair for Embrace, HSBC’s ethnicity network.
