Exec Dinner: Senior Leadership for Top organisations
The Annual Executive Dinner (previous breakfast) is hosted by Jayne Opperman is CEO, Consumer Lending at Lloyds Banking Group. The leadership-focussed event is a great opportunity to discuss and understand the emerging business challenges and latest thinking on inclusion strategy with other leaders.
The dinner will also be an opportunity to understand what other organisations are doing in the inclusion space and network with peers from other organisations. Leaders will have the opportunity to showcase any case study examples or feedback on their challenges.
Included will be latest trends from the Matrix with a key focus on leadership and engagement, and insights from Lloyds Banking Group, the Ethnicity Awards and Investing in Ethnicity Outstanding Employer 2026.
Objectives:
- Understand latest thinking on how Diversity, equity and inclusion has shifted to ensure it creates a positive impact on the workplace, and identify the key areas that are imperative to ensuring a successful business
- Discuss how leadership have successfully engaged in Diversity, equity and inclusion in 2026, and what can be done as a leader to support culture, workforce and better business practices
- Bring together business and thought leaders to give collaborative support, insights and build networks
