The Matrix is a framework of recommendations, which helps organisations progress. Since 2018, we have helped over 120 organisations on their ethnicity journey.
After submitting The Matrix we will give a full report and consultation (members only). The report will list out next steps and best practice measures in achieving each area.
The tool shows what level your organisation is currently at and where they need to progress towards. The ‘Top 10 Employers’ will be shortlisted for the Ethnicity Awards and featured in The Guardian.
No evidence needed. The tool collates all the information into a easy-to-use, checklist format, with low requirement on time, ensuring that time resources are used effectively.
