A welcome from Sarah Garrett MBE, Investing in Ethnicity and Joanne Conway, Head of Inclusion & Culture at DLA Piper, followed by a short ice breaker to meet your fellow network committee members.

11:30 – 12:30 | Maximising Your Network: Strengthening Collaboration and Connection

This session will focus on building effective working relationships within your committee to support collaboration and shared goals. It will also explore strategies for managing the anticipated challenges and workload of 2026. Finally, we’ll look at how to engage productively with stakeholders, other committees, and network leads to strengthen your wider network and increase impact.

12:30 – 13:30 | Networking Lunch

13:30 – 14:30 | Skill Building

This session will look at some of the core skills needed to run a network. We’ll explore how you can leverage personal branding to elevate their visibility, influence, and impact at work. Learn how to authentically communicate your strengths, align your brand with your career goals, and create meaningful connections within and beyond your ERG.

14:30 – 15:30 | Planning for Impact: Shaping Your 2026 Strategy

This session will help you build or refine your network group’s plans for 2026. You’ll explore what other network groups are doing, share best practices, and discover what’s working well. The session will also focus on how to design activities that are both effective and engaging, giving you practical ideas to take forward.
