The Matrix is a framework of recommendations, which helps organisations progress. Since 2018, we have helped over 120 organisations on their ethnicity journey.
After submitting The Matrix we will give a full report and consultation (members only). The report will list out next steps and best practice measures in achieving each area.
The tool shows what level your organisation is currently at and where they need to progress towards. The ‘Top 10 Employers’ will be shortlisted for the Ethnicity Awards and featured in The Guardian.
Little to evidence needed. The tool collates all the information into a easy-to-use, checklist format, with low requirement on time, ensuring that time resources are used effectively.

The Maturity Matrix is backed by the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Governance and Inclusive Leadership.
Accreditation by Level
All companies submitting their results will get a summary report back and accreditation if reaching Level 1, which compares scoring across categories, subcategories, levels and tags. If you are a member you will receive a full report and a consultation (dependent on membership level).
